Gus founded Air Con Balancing after 15 years working inside Sydney’s commercial HVAC industry. He has spent his career on the technical side -- commissioning systems, reading drawings, and understanding exactly what consulting engineers and certifiers need to sign off a project.
His background in mechanical engineering gives him a precise, methodical approach to every engagement. He works to Australian Standards -- AS 1668.1, AS 1668.2, AS 4254, AS 1851 -- and produces reports that are clear, defensible, and accepted first time.

Every engagement starts with the drawings and mechanical spec. We verify design intent, attend site with calibrated instruments, and produce a report your consulting engineer can rely on.
We work to Australian Standards throughout -- AS 1668.1, AS 1668.2, AS 4254, AS 1851 -- and reference the relevant NCC/BCA clauses in every report.
